Just watched 'The Big Fat Truth About Low Fat Foods' on BBC3. The somewhat clueless presenter, that is Zoe Salomon, decided to have a packet of Kelloggs Special K Mini-Bites for breakfast, and then complaining she was hungary, polished off almost a whole tub of ice-cream!!!
Am v annoyed - the programme portrays that all low-fat foods are bad for you, although i think she was missing the point, especially with the mini-breaks, they are only 99 calories, and to quote an old saying 'it does what it says on the tin', that is exactly what they are, a BREAK/SNACK food, not a whole breakfast substitue - ARGH!!!
